At Ezio, we strive to offer a seamless and user-friendly travel planning experience. Since we are a platform facilitating travel itineraries, bookings, and collaborations through third-party providers, our refund and cancellation policies are governed by the type of service involved.

1. Itinerary & Trip Planning Services (Non-booking related)

Services such as itinerary creation, saved trips, and social collaboration tools are non-refundable once delivered, as they involve personalized digital services.

2. Third-Party Bookings (Hotels, Flights, Activities, etc.)

Ezio partners with various third-party travel providers and booking engines. All cancellations and refunds related to these services are subject to the respective partner's policies.

In such cases:

  • Users must refer to the cancellation/refund terms provided at the time of booking.
  • Requests must be made directly through the app or via customer support before the provider's deadline.
  • Ezio is not responsible for delays or denials by third-party providers but will assist in coordination where possible.

3. Premium Features / Subscriptions (if applicable)

If Ezio offers premium features or paid subscriptions:

  • You may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the service.
  • Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods or for services already delivered.
  • Auto-renewals can be managed via your app store or platform account settings.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take longer depending on your bank or payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service charges, processing fees, or convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • Any custom services, promotions, or offers marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase will not be eligible for return.

6. Force Majeure

Ezio shall not be liable to provide refunds or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or travel bans.
